Edge
A distinctive programme to deliver business results and develop senior leaders
Edge n.
- the outside limit of an object, area, or surface
- the line along which two surfaces of a solid meet
- the sharpened side of a blade
- an intense or striking quality
- a quality or factor which gives superiority over close
rivals
The Leadership Edge programme uses key business opportunities to
drive the development of senior leaders. We recognise real and
profound development for senior leaders comes through experience
and the courage to walk towards challenge. We support leaders to
deliver measurable business results at the same time as sharpening
their ability and confidence to lead at the highest levels.
We focus on the transformation that needs to take place for
leaders to move to broader, more complex and more challenging
leadership. This is a development programme that:
- pays for itself
- concentrates on the factors that really make a difference at
the highest levels of leadership
- encourages confident and thoughtful leaders who take ownership
for difficult, business-wide issues, and bring others with
them
- creates a group of leaders capable of and prepared to create
other leaders and act as a stimulus for broader cultural
change.
You identify groups of leaders who should have the potential to
step up to the next level or take a broader, more complex
leadership role. We help you to identify a real, complex business
challenge to work on over six months. We then work with leaders on
their personal, team and business challenges.
