Charlie likes to succeed in every challenge and will always persevere when it comes to solving a problem. For the last nine years it's what has helped her to push our brand into new territory as well as handle the complex maths behind our benchmarking software tools and questionnaire-based frameworks. Charlie spent many years working in various client relationship roles, as an account manager in technology PR, web development and in customer development at PepsiCo International. Charlie has a degree in Journalism with Psychology from City University. Her perseverance and optimism extends to renewing her Arsenal season ticket every year. She also stalks flowers.
