Lisa's practical intelligence and powers of discrimination enable her to keep a firm grip on the running of the company. She has put our financial and business management processes in place and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Lisa leads our client support team and is known for her drive and optimism that even apparently impossible challenges can be met. She spent six years working in administration for the Royal Air Force and was stationed both overseas and in the UK. The kitchen is where she judges herself most fiercely.
