Annabel has worked as a consultant for over 15 years, with roles in line management and consultancy within a variety of sectors, including financial & professional services, IT & Telecoms and central government. Specialising in senior management and board level assessment and development, she applies her empathetic and pragmatic approach to help individuals understand how to capitalise on their abilities and preferences to maximise their potential. She graduated in psychology from the University of Warwick.
