The Thinking Partnership

Carol sets herself high standards and always performs well in demanding situations. It's what has sustained her for 14 years working as an organisational consultant and coach, especially when she's had to challenge the thinking of senior leaders (it's also what gets her out singing in front of large and small audiences - but that's another story). Carol's strengths lie in strategy. She has worked with leadership development programmes affiliated to the Cranfield School of Management and Henley Incubator. Her first degree is from Cambridge University where she studied Economics. She gained an MBA in Organisational and Personal Development from Cranfield and is a member of the CIPD.
