Clare has a curiosity about different people and cultures and puts this to great use when she helps senior leaders get the best out of their people, identifying strategies to engage their talents and mobilise them more effectively. Clare's experience as an organisational consultant has been gained over the last 15 years working in sectors from retail to telecoms in regions across the UK and the Americas. She goes out of her way to connect with people, recently presenting to a large group of Brazilian clients in Portuguese, even though they all understood English. Clare is a chartered occupational psychologist, has an MSc from the University of Surrey and a first degree in Psychology from the University of Sheffield.
