Judith has 16 years experience as an organisational consultant and coach across a range of sectors. Her work with clients is focussed on developing strategic alignment and coherent leadership capacity at individual and team level within complex organisations facing change. She began her working life as an HR practitioner, and worked for 3 years as OD Director for a large NHS Board. Judith holds an MSc in group and organisational psychodynamics, and is a member of the CIPD and Scottish Institute of Human Relations.
