Sarah's creativity really strikes sparks when it's time for her to design leadership development workshops for clients. It obviously helps that she has over five years' experience of coaching senior leaders and their teams, but the four years she spent on the road with a street circus probably plays its part as well. Sarah is a chartered occupational psychologist and accredited workplace mediator with a first class degree in Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is passionate about helping people engage with each other more authentically at work and has a deep belief in the power of dialogue to create change.
