Ian has been described by a client as: "marrying intuition and creativity with pragmatism, courage and business acumen...yet, underlying this sophisticated methodology is the essence of his work: his extraordinary empathy". This is at the core of his work as a leader, organisation consultant, executive coach and supervisor, and assessor of senior leadership talent.
A brief dabble in the music industry at an early age showed Ian how important it is to have both passion and talent for your work. Unfortunately Ian has no musical talent: he's much better at changing the way clients think. Ian holds an MA in Industrial Relations from the University of Warwick and has published several academic articles.
